Payment Options

Payments for internet and phone services can be made by the following:

SmartHub – RURALBAND’s online e-bill payment and account management tool allows you to pay online using Master Card or VISA or selecting the Pay Now option which does not require registering your accout - both are available 24/7. Download the free mobile app for added convenience. Click here to access SmartHub.

Secure Pay 24/7 – dial 804-834-2424 and select option #2 and follow the prompts to pay with Master Card or VISA.

Pay by Mail – mail check or money order with payment stub to RURALBAND, PO Box 196, Waverly, VA 23890. Please note that Internet charges and electric charges will continue to be paid separately. 

Office Locations – 7103 General Mahone Hwy., Waverly, VA 23890 or 5718 Courthouse Rd., Prince George, VA 23875, 8:00am to 5:00pm Mon – Fri. Drop box available at both locations, postings will be made the next business day.   

Recurring Credit Card / Bank Draft – have your monthly payment automatically made by Master Card, VISA or bank draft. Sign up under Billing & Payments/Auto Pay Accounts using SmartHub.
