Already have our service but would like to change to a different internet package?
*Current members electing a higher data package will need to complete this form and email it to Ask@ruralband.coop, mail to PGEC Enterprises, LLC, PO Box 196, Waverly, VA 23890, or forward to either of our member service locations. Member's 12-month contracted date will begin with the service package initiation date. Members will not be eligible to select a lower data speed package until the expiration of the current 12-month contract with PGEC Enterprises, LLC. This signed document will serve as an addendum to the original application contract member has with PGEC Enterprises, LLC.*
